Pet Friendly

In order to enjoy a peaceful stay at the Canadiano Urban Nature Hotel, it is important that you meet some living standards, which must be respected in all areas. 

• When booking, tell us that you are accompanied by your animals (and if it is dog or cat) and how big your dog is (small / medium / large);

• The animal must have the vaccination bulletin up to date;

• An additional fee will be charged per animal, per night to be paid in the amount of € 25. Any damages caused to the accommodation and property will be responsibility of their owners;

• It is mandatory to use a leash in all areas of the hotel (including outdoor areas);

• During the brief check-in please use our Pet Parking where your pet can cool off;

• We ask you to respect the circuit (preferably around the garden, but if you are a companion dog you can walk around normally) intended for guests with animals;

• Your pet should not remain alone in the room, take it with you so that together you can explore the nature of São Miguel island;

• The owner of the animal is responsible for ensuring the hygiene of the animal;

• In the bedroom, you can find the feed and water bowl for your pet;

• Prevent your pet from occupying the sofas / chairs or the bed. We have a bed prepared  just for your buddy!

• Access or permanence in the establishment for pets can be refused due to their characteristics, behavior, possible illness or lack of hygiene, if they disturb the normal functioning of the hotel.
